2011 Annual Conference, AGM , Annual Dinner And Awards
The 33rd ACEN Annual conference and General Meeting (AGM) were held on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd November 2011 at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Ikeja Lagos.
The Theme of the conference was “DEVELOPING THE ENGINEERING CONSULTING INDUSTRY"
The Annual conference was declared open with a keynote address by the Lagos state Governor, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, SAN, who was represented by his adviser on Works and Infrastrusture Engr. Ganiyu Johnson.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF ACEN The Association of Consulting Engineers Nigeria, ACEN, was founded in 1972 and registered in 1979. Its objective is the development of Consulting Engineering practice in Nigeria by the mobilization of private sector Engineering Consultants for the advancement of the Consulting Engineering sub-sector of the built environment. The focus of this effort is to ensure that the highest level of technical competence and business ethics are brought to bear on the practice of the profession in Nigeria. |

ACEN ELECTS ITS 14TH PRESIDENT The Association of Consulting Engineers Nigeria ACEN, elected its 14th President to take over the leadership of the association from the beginning of January 2012. He is Engr Nurudeen Rafindadi who takes over from Engr.Ibikunle Ogunbayo who was the president until the election. |
