- To handle all matters relating to ACEN's representation in FIDIC.
- To advise Council from time to time on the activities of FIDIC as it affects ACEN.
- To maintain relations where necessary with international and regional organisation and associations.
- To consider the position of ACEN relative to "Competitive" regional
organsations such as FEAC, ADEX, etc and "Complimentary" regional
organisation such as GAMA, CEDIC, etc.
- To maintain relationship and liaise with funding institutions such as
ADB, ECA, etc.
- To project ACEN to international associations and institutions where joint ventures arrangements are required for project execution in Nigeria.
- To promote partnering between members and foreign companies for experience and capacity building.
