- To source, produce, edit and publish ACEN Newsletter quarterly in addition to any other publications of ACEN
- To handle all matters relating to professional adverts in such publications
- To advise Council on subscription charges on publications and to ensure that each publication is self-financing
- To fix publications charges on all professional adverts from time to time to advise Council accordingly
- To handle the circulation of Bulletin and other publications and maintain a mailing list that is updated from time to time to accommodate new subscribers and complimentary audiences
- To ensure immediate electronic production of ACEN’s Newsletter
