ACEN is a member of FIDIC, the International Federation Consulting Engineers. As at September 1995, there were 61 national associations in FIDIC.
Within FIDIC, there are four regional groupings:
ASPAC - Association in the Asia & Pacific Region
EFCA - Association in the European Community
GAMA - Group of African Member Association
RINORD - Nordic Group of Member Association
ACEN complies with FIDIC's code on professional practice, independence and competence.
